Congrats Hillary on your 9 point victory.
Sorry Hillfans - it isn't, and it ain't gonna be, double digits.

With 98% in, Hillary is up by 9.44%, and on everywhere except Planet Denial, that gets rounded down to a 9% victory.

Way to go Obama! In her own backyard, her terra familia, enduring all you did, and knocked her down to a single digit win.

But, I am serious when I say congrats to Hillary and her supporters.

Time to strap up, now we're back on our turf!

19. Not many scientists in the media, you're not supposed to round numbers to the nearest digit until
you finish your arithmetic. They are using pre-rounded numbers to get the 10 point difference when it is a 9 pt difference.

Normally if the final number is to be rounded because digits are not significant, then drop them before determining the difference.

20. Unfortunately that's not how things work in the MSM world.
If Obama got 45.4% and Hillary got 54.6%, they'd still round it up to 45/55 even though she'd really only have won by 9.2%

Obama would have to bump it up to 45.5% and it doesn't look promising right now. Hillary wins this battle for perceptions, especially since the Obama camp was hoping to "get it down to single digits" and the MSM will fix it into people's minds that it was double digits.

The presses are already rolling with it as we speak.

O well, fortunately in the real world she still has to go by the Democratic Party's rules.

compared to the state site.

I've been watching Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia to finish up. They're really the only three with anything left -- all trending Obama.

But Hillary has no more good counties except for a couple of rural counties with a few boxes out that may give her a few hundred more margin wise. But Barack still has 25% of Chester County out, and he's been doing very well there.

Heck, even as I spoke, some new numbers came up:

Hillary: 1,248,699 54.69%
Barack: 1,034,383 45.31%

Margin: 9.38%

(Numbers from CNN)

They're in very different positions. An upset in PA would have ended it for Hillary. A 9 point victory is barely enough to keep Hillary alive until IN and NC.
