wouldn't this be a good opportunity for Obama to attack McCain's connection to Hagee and Parsley |
|
In it he can distance himself from Revererand Wright ("he doesn't speak for the campaign") and talk about how McCain actively sought Hagee's endorsement.

1. Pot call kettle, is how that would sound. McCain didn't spend twenty YEARS with Hagee. |
|
Hagee didn't marry him or baptize his kids.
He's REPUDIATED Hagee's views, while cleverly keeping the endorsement. And his repudiation was plainspoken and unequivocal.
Obama would look like an idiot if he tried that.
That dog won't hunt.

3. Yeah, that will work (rolleyes) |

Bringing up Hagee will just keep Wright on the front burner.
As a Hillary Supporter, I hope Senator Obama does that.

"America has now been exposed to the possibility of being led by a theocracy where they don't agree with the ideals of the religious leader ... and it scared the shit out of America ...
So now you realize why the left fights to keep the separation of church and state ..."
