it will be interesting to see if he eventually writes a book and tells about his years with this administration. It'll be a HOT seller if he does. I have a feeling he's not too happy with W and this war. Powell told him from the very beginning they needed more troops...more boots on the ground. But of course, Dumbya knows everything from all the war experience he had. Why would our fearless leader need to listen to anyone else? Especially when GOD told him to go to war with Iraq.

is play Powell's statements to the UN before the Iraq war... over
and over. Powell is toast. I used to like him, but started distrusting
him as soon as he made an appearance at the Repug Nat'l Conv and it
was rumored that he would be Sec State for the BFEE. Ever since then,
he has lost more and more credibility with the American public, and
especially the black voters. He is revealed as a Neocon wannabe,
an outsider (who KNOWS that his masters are lying pieces of shit), but
can't bring himself to do what is honorable and resign.

Reminds me of the adjutant in "A Few Good Men" who shoots himself
rather than testify against his commander, but who also won't lie
for him... except that Powell doesn't have the courage to shoot himself.
