And Maine can split its electoral votes. Two votes for whomever wins the state and one each for whomever wins each CD.

Bush can kiss the First District goodbye but there's a fight on in the second. This worries me.

8. The same polster had Bush up by 9 nationally in 2000
The Rasmussen poll makes other polls actually look useful. I never pay attention to him, he's usually more favorable to Bush than even NBC-Wallstreet Journal and the Mason-Dixon poll, don't pay attention to anything that this guy releases.
