What's the one line Kerry should repeat over & over while campaigning?
Mine goes something like this:

"I know how to fight a war on terror. The terrorist - I'll crush them."

Kinda corny and over the top, but it hits at Bush'supposed strength.

3. We must show the world that democracy can work in America.
We need to show the people of the world that we can do preventative maintenance on our system. Then take control of our herky - jerky foreign policy and show the world that it can live peacefully with one benign superpower. Let a few people calm down and maybe we can work on problems that are common to all people.

But today they debate amendments to the Constitution. If the family values are such an important issue, then why not work on making an economic environment where you do not have to be a millionaire to be middle class?

15. "It's About Responsibility"
Responsibility to Democracy principles.
Responsibility to the Constitution.
Responsibility to America's place in the family of nations.
Responsibility to tell the truth, even when it hurts.
Responsibility to fight the hardfights, not just win the easy battles.
Responsibility to our environmental strength.
Responsibility to our economic prosperity.
Responsibiilty to not burden future generations with overwhelming debt.
Responsibility to every American, regardless of race, creed, color, gender, or sexual orientation.
Responsibility to uphold the integrity of the office of President of the United States.
George W. Bush has a problem with responsibility, and its time we make a change in Washington. Its the responsible thing to do.

20. My nose holding capabilities have been exceeded.
After Kerry's "Plan" to send more troops to Iraq and his support of the apartheid wall in Israel, my nose just won't take that much abuse. I had strenuously numbed myself to his IWR vote and resigned myself to the quadrennial nose holding ritual, but after those two latest sellouts, I see no hope for turning this country around under the leadership of someone with so little entegrity.

23. Of course you will.
Don't blame Kerry and the DLC, play it safe, go after the moderates, move to right, tough on defense, we have to win the south, support our troops, sellouts.

Blame the anti-war left. They're the ones who gave the election to Bush by daring to tell the dirty truth about our "opposition" party.

25. I am the anti-war left
but you can be sure I'm going to do my f-ing part to get rid of Bush, instead of just complaining about the war.

If oppotunistic cowards get rewarded because they are my party's nominee, well that's just too bad. Getting rid of Bush is much more important than my moral outrage. Otherwise, I'll just have four more years (which will be worse years, as Bush won't be constrained by re-election) to be outraged.

You see? By voting for Kerry, I'm actually acting to reduce the outrage I have to produce at my country's administration. That is a net benefit for me.

I don't support any of that garbage that you list, but I'd rather have my fingernails forceably removed than do anything that benefits Bush.

The dude (and by "dude" I mean the entire complex of evil people built up around him) is pure evil!

27. Good! Then lean on Kerry to oppose it.
If having a (perhaps) "not as bad" as Bush who still trumpets the pro-war rhetoric and offers nothing but more of the same, and no way out, suits you.

I think that you're a bit naive to believe that electing Kerry will reduce the outrage you feel or do much of substance to end the occupation. I'm a helluva lot more outraged at our supposedly liberal, anti-war, candidates, who vote for war and support it to this day, then at the open war mongers.

Get Kerry to openly oppose the occupation. Get him to oppose building the wall in Israel. Then I'll happily vote for him. Lean on him, not the left. I will not support the war and occupation or apartheid whether the guy making it happen has a (D) or (R) after his name.

BTW - I will be voting Democrat, as I have since 1965, for my senator and rep. Who didn't vote for the IWR and oppose the occupation.

19. What's really in that report you won't let out till after Nov?
I think he should play up the fact that there's an agreement with the Senate Committee investigating the Intelligence failure and WMD's that their SECOND REPORT, which looks into how the WH played up the Intelligence information, won't be released until AFTER the elections!

What are you hiding, George? If there's nothing there, why keep it secret? The worst things possible are always assumed when the truth isn't known.

I can see all kind of assumptions made about this, and Kerry should play it for everything it's worth!

30. I'd like to see Kerry ask Bush
Why he sent the Marines into Fallujah to exact justice for the contractors who were hung from the bridge and burned and then -- after many Marines had died -- he withdrew and turned the place over to Islamic extremists who are now using it as a car-bomb manufacturing facility and imposing Sharia.

Is this the freedom we sent 130,000 troops to bring to Iraq?
