It's not mathematically possible for Kerry to get over 50% in the polls |

Now that I have your attention...
Why is it that Kerry can't seem to break the 50% barrier in all of these polls the "Media" keeps trotting out?
My theory is that the Bush & Co's polling numbers have to be within some psychological margin of error for any general election for him to be able to pull off the "upset" this year if Kerry is ahead in the polls.
If Kerry/Edwards was polling at well over 50% consistently, a Bush & Co. victory would come under more scrutiny, right? That's what the GOP is keeping Nader in this race, right?

John Kerry did get 51% of the vote in the latest CNN, NBC and Newsweek polls that i have seen.
