What if the Bush Administration PREVENTS a terror attack just before the elections? Oh yes, then who's your daddy now? Wouldn't that just throw a monkey wrench into the whatever?

there were several attacks planned for the millenium celebration. While most of us were worried about Y2K, the administration was pacing the floor waiting to see if they averted planned attacks.
