Message: What are YOU doing TODAY or this week???
If the answer is "nothing" or "posting on DU" or "writing a letter"- then I respectfully suggest that is not enough.

Monday started off with steering committee meeting for US Senate candidate, Mary Squires (www.marysquires.us) I'm working to get elected. It's not enough to win the White House, we must take back Congress as well. Today is monthly Democratic Party Meeting. Tomorrow is "Political Party" sponsored by Creative Loafing, local paper in Atlanta. Thursday is flyering targeted neighborhoods. Friday is debate preparation for candidate. Saturday is driving to other side of state to strategically place signs for next Tuesday's primary. Sunday is final candidate's debate where we will rally for publicity. Next Monday is final push and next Tuesday is primary.
Is this enough?

AFL-CIO affiliates so it shouldn't be that hard. I have a copy of JK's condemnation of Bush's attack on overtime pay to help bolster my case.
BTW, our union, the National Association of Letter Carriers, will have their convention here in Honolulu, beginning July 19th. Featured speakers at our 2002 convention in Pjiladephia were: Sen. Tom Carper, and the son of a mill worker, Sen. John Edwards.
Edit: Philadelphia for Chicago.
