Campaign 2004 will definitely go down in history as one of the
dirtiest bloodbaths of our century. I wish I could fast foward 50 years and see what it says. I just hope it's in the history books 50 years from now.

I remember the campaign Bush fought with Ann Richard for governor and I remember thinking this is one nasty campaign, but little did I know it could get much worse. All his campaign knows is attack which should make his incompetence crystal clear.

1. I hope you are right.
But I'm afraid there's lots of room for further degradation. Note your (for the time being) metaphorical use of the term "bloodbath".
