He has no one to sue, because the person who said the comments was----Kantor himself.

Also---to have a solid libel case, the published comments against you have to be FALSE .

Any comments made were Kantor's own words--so he'd have to sue himself for lying about his own
words.

I've been a bit reluctant to post the day's much-emailed, 15-year old clip from 'The War Room' for a couple of reasons -- vintage, and differences from the original.

So this is kind of interesting: Mickey Kantor claims that the clip, in which subtitles have him claiming that the people of Indiana are ... excrement ... and then using a racial slur has been doctored.

He claims to have been deriding the polls, not the people, of Indiana -- I can't actually make out the word. And he denies using the n-word.

Take a look at the recently posted video; and compare with the video and audio around 4:45 from this fuller clip from the video. The offensive bit, which doesn't quite seem to match his lips, is also totally inaudible in the original. It seems to have been added in the new version.

Kantor is just trying to save his ass right now. In my mind anyone that would hire or keep a guy like this (Carville and Georgie S. included) in their company - is shouting that they feel the same way and have the same thoughts as Kantor expressed on this video. He is worried that he will be blacklisted from any future role in any company or campaign.

Run this guy and guys like him out of town (Washington D.C.). This is why this country is so screwed right now - its people like him and unfortunately there are more of the likes of him in our government than we like to believe.
