I was listening to the radio last night and this Rusty Humphreys fella comes on and said Democrats are communists... Not socialists but communists... What did he offer for this assertion? The fact that the CPUSA opposes Bush's reelection and Kerry's quoting of Langston Hughes...



He ignores the fact that Langston Hughes as a black man in early twentieth century America was outraged at all the injustices he saw around him and his embrace of communism was an understandable response in that context and just because the CPUSA embraces the Kerry campaign doesn't mean the Kerry campaign embraces them...


He was implying that by quoting Langston Hughes Kerry was embracing all of his political views.... The trip is this Rusty Humphreys clown was using Snoop Dog's Gin and Juice as his bumper music... I was going to call him and ask if by playing Snoop Dog he was endorsing "slapping bitches" and "fucking hos"?
