Take Back America - Boston | www.ourfuture.org

We are pleased to invite you to 3 days of "Take Back America" events at the Democratic Convention in Boston, July 27-29. Our sessions will be the meeting place for progressive delegates, activists and national leaders at the Democratic Convention. All events are FREE of charge, but space is limited. So, please register today and help us spread the word by forwarding this email to everyone you know.

You can reserve your FREE space and see the full agenda at:

http://www.ourfuture.org/projects/dconrsvp.cfm

Howard Dean, Robert Reich, Barbara Ehrenreich, Jesse Jackson, Al Gore* and others will headline these events, organized by the Campaign for America's Future and partner groups working to Take Back America from the bankrupt conservative movement. We will address how, in the words of Howard Dean, to "change the White House, change Washington, and change the country." We hope you will join us!

Warmest regards, Roger Hickey and Robert Borosage--Co-Directors, Campaign for America's Future

3. Thanks, madflor! You're a Gem!
I was just reading another thread and it was about Jesse on blitzer and blitz was trying to give Jackson a hard time about the Dems not giving Blacks enough high level positions and I got the idea that Jesse wasn't invited to the convention...so happy to see that he is!!

Freakin' blitzer.

These will be riveting speech, historic speeches for our Country.

13. The Take Back America conference is separate.
It is another group of folks. They had another conference a few months ago. A growing group.

C-Span carried Soros, Hilary, and Dean events, and a couple more, I think.

You can reach C-Span at:

events@c-span.org

Or 202-737-3220
Or 765-464-3080

To ask them to carry parts of the Take Back America conference as well as the convention itself.

8. Nickled and Dimed.
Barbara Ehrenreich

That is one of the books Dean quotes a lot. He is the only one listed on Tuesday, I notice. Looks like none of the times conflict with convention, do they? I think this is interesting to have these extra speakers.
