Kevin Spidel, who was Dennis' National Campaign Coordinator is coming over with Chris Ortman, who moved mountains at the home office in Ohio. I'm taking them to a big pool party tonight. :)

Things are heating up in Boston. All the swordmasters are coming to town.

12. hmmm
(mommy mode on now)

Well, on the one hand, I am glad you will be there because there are few people who can pull important stuff out of these conventions and then write stirring essays about same, but...

Be careful Will. Especially at the RNC. There will likely be violence of some sort there and you need to keep yourself out of it. You aren't one of those maverick types, are you?

4. Coool!!!
I wish I was going (can't afford it, been unemployed for last six months), but I have many friends who will be there.

Tell Kevin he's doing a good job with ProgressiveVote, and tell him the MN Kucinich delegation says hi!

6. Dennis is FINALLY framed on my wall in my office!
When DK was here in CO, I was a state delegate, and got 2 of his posters....I finally framed them and are proudly hanging on my wall in my office NEXT to the memorial edition of the MINN Daily of Paul Wellstone. It worked out perfectly. When I am on my computer I can see BOTH of them staring at me. GOOD DAY!:BOUNCE:

7. My vote for Kucinich was the best vote I've cast since 1972

when I voted for McGovern in primary and general elections. It was great to finally be able to vote again FOR someone! I will be proud to vote for Kerry, who I think is a good man, but Dennis seems to really get it all. I hope to see more of him on the national scene. Kerry's Cabinet? Speaker of the House?

11. I think whip would be good
If we were to get a majority in the house, Pelosi would by default become the democratic leader which is cool. I would have voted for Kucinich in the Va primaries but the age thing, parents were gonna but then nana got a stroke. He could be in Kerry's cabinet perhaps, he does respect him and Dennis is friendly with Teresa, and as we know he's good friends with Edwards, so its possible. Don't know for certain but I think he's likely to co-chair the progressive caucus in the house then run for state office in Ohio.

8. Hope you all had fun
I sure did--Dennis was in Seattle for a union rally and a fundraiser that night. He said that the Dem convention was going to be a big picnic, and he is bringing the ants!

He treated the northern AZ DK'ers to some Mexican dining after an event we attended for the Navajo Nation on behalf of Dennis.

Have a great time! :toast:

Dude.... thx for the unpluging! Much needed! And thank you for keeping the message alive in here!

For all you DK folks, we are building a lot of great work around the convention! ProgressiveVote is getting larger by the hour. It is totally run by YOU .. the grassroots! Check out the aliances we have made this week alone: http://www.progressivevote.org/alliances.php

Got of the phone with Gov. Dean last night. He and DK are talking. We hope to have them together on the state for the Thursday Progressive Convention. Hope to see you all who can make it there! Please keep the buzz going for PV. Tell all the revolution MUST continue!

Thank you all for the kudos as well. But remember, without you, we cant do this!
