Although I may not have the ability to film this ad idea, I figure that someone out there might be able to. The Kerry campaign probably couldn't use it officially, but unofficial organizations like moveon could or it could be an internet ad.
The idea is to have the ad resemble the television ads for various products. Instead, the product is going to be the George Bush translator. Flash clip of Bush saying Iraq is imminent threat/whatever. Translator spits out Iraq is of no threat to the US. Other similar quotes could be "translated." 2 quotes maybe, 3 tops. But wait there's more, if you order in the next 10 minutes, we'll throw in the Cheney translator as well. Stupid Cheney quote, "translate." Then the kicker, cheney saying go f*** yourself, and have the salesman say, "well, that doesn't need translation." Then, the traditional blue screen with web address of johnkerry.com/moveon.org and notice telling you to vote.
Comments, critiques?
The bush campaign seems to be doing a great job of trashing kerry, with very little to work with. However, we are doing a horrible job of bringing up bush's many, many flaws.
