WOW! Just saw a John Kerry for President bumper
sticker in my conservative town. I honked and rolled down my window and told the guy --as we were driving in traffic--I LOVE your bumper sticker...he looked relieved!

What an awesome feeling to see that in such a conservative town.

1. I was at the doctor's office on Monday
and when I came out afterward, noticed that the Windstar next to my Windstar had the same identical JK sticker on it. :) There are only a few BC bumperstickers around here, but Massachusetts is definitely a cool liberal state.

3. I'm in Kerry country here outside Ann Arbor, but
I did see my very first B/C bumper sticker today. It was on the most rundown, rusted-out car you've ever seen. The interior was overflowing with well-worn baby gear... it was so sad. The folks who are getting hit hardest by his policies are his biggest cheerleaders! We've got alot of work to do to change this.

6. It's crying out for a flyer.
One that rebuts W*'s insistence that he espouses their values, which is probably the only reason they support him. It might not work, but it might. If it were me doing it, I'd include a Kerry sticker along with reasons they might want to switch beyond "Bush is an idiot hypocrite asswipe."

5. hey the dnc needs local "freedom bus" drivers
My local DNC is desperate for people to drive vans to the polls. This benefits the underprividledged and elderly voters. I have signed up 12 drivers. Lets start a contest, for fun, to see who can sign up the most drivers for the election. Our local DNC supplies the van and lunch and dinner plus and election night event. All other DNC groups do the same. So come on, somebody start the "Freedom Bus" chart. Its fun and we can support Kerry at the same time.

12. Dayton, Ohio -- our supply of Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers
arrived today; previously, we had a few "Kerry" (only) stickers.

Hopefully, we'll start seeing them on LOTS of cars!

I'll be at Dem HQ today and will help distribute our supply. We're also selling t-shirts for $10 (our break-even point) and giving away pins, signs, and small stickers. This evening, we'll begin making phone calls to folks willing display yard signs.

Our "visibility" project has just begun.

To Victory!
