Scumbag Nader Accepts Rethug Signatures for Ballot
LANSING, Mich. - In an about face, Ralph Nader (news - web sites) decided Monday to accept thousands of petition signatures collected by Michigan Republicans if that's the only way he can qualify for the state's presidential ballot.

1. Repubs are doing it here in NV too
It'll be interesting to see if Nader accepts those - if so, I believe that'd be a major breach of his promise this year not to bash into the "battle states."

4. We do need to stop the two party system
Nader just isn't the one we need to do it.

6. We can't stop the two party system this way
It's the way it works mathmatically. We'll at least need run-offs to make third parties work the way they're supposed to instead of as spoilers. I'm all for that, but I think getting it done is going to be very, very hard. Meantime, third parties will always skew the election in favor of the most opposite view of said third party.

the only important thing is to get Bush and the Repukes out of Washington. Nader and his Greens can try again in 4 years. Face it people, a vote for Nader is a vote for Shrub. And if Shrub gets his way, you won't have but one party. The rest of us will be rotting in prison camps.

9. Wrong Maxanne - use "and" instead of "but"
They are non-mutually exclusive truths.

10. Surely this will be the kiss of death for that bottom feeder.
What self-respecting liberal and/or progressive would vote him now????
Only the lunatic fringe if left in Saint Ralph's corner I predict.
