why we need to vote for the democratic party nominee
no matter what.

Remember folks it is all about the SCOTUS. If you want more justices like Scalia, Alito and Roberts well then sit home in november if your candidate isn't nominated and watch McCain win and appoint justices just like them.

If however you care about this country, want to see a woman's right to choose protected, etc then support the Democratic Party nominee this fall and vote for them.

There was once a song "Its all about the Benjamins". Well now we should have a song "Its all about the SCOTUS"

2. who would you rather have making the appointments
HRC or the old man McCain?

Clearly Obama is better than either of them, but HRC is still head and shoulders above the old man.

6. do you care
about Roe v Wade? any justice McCain nominates will be the tipping point to over turn it.

Hope you can live with yourself if McCain wins.

9. I fear corporate judges more than an overturn of Roe V. Wade.
Some of us have to work for a living.

4. The SCOTUS is not the only issue.
One of the most important issues is integrity.

If Hillary wins because Michigan was seated based upon the outcome of a primary where Obama was not even on the ballot because he graciously complied with a request made by the DNC, there will eb no integrity associated with the Democratic nominee.

Integrity is a more important issue to me than the SCOTUS.

5. so if you end up sitting out
in november if Obama isn't the nominee and McCain wins, will you feel comfortable with yourself as you see him screw the country over with Bush part 3?

7. To be honest with you
I would consider McCain the lesser of the two evils should Hillary Clinton win by seating Michigan as-is.

8. Either McCain or Hillary would be Bush part 5
not part 3. So far, it's been 28 continuous years of Bush Clinton. And that ends now.

As far as the Supreme Court goes, tell that to the DLC senators who voted to approve Roberts and Scalito.

11. I'll only believe that if she nukes
If she wins by seating Michigan as-is, then that will be the proof to me that she's no different than Bush.

Otherwise, she would be the lesser of the evils, IMO.
