until he actually DOES win by 100% on Nov. 2. Hearing stuff like this makes me cautiously optimistic, but also makes me nervous. Bush can't handle hearing things like this, which then makes him turn to Karen Hughes and Karl Rove to "up the anti," on dirty campaigning (and it can get alot worse). I am continually reminded of how he annihilated Ann Richards in the governor's race in 1993. It stands to get alot dirtier. I have no doubt Kerry knows this and that does give some reassurance, but until the last vote is counted--and hopefully NOT recounted--these polls mean nothing.

1. No matter what the polls or predictions say, I act like Kerry is 5% behind
We have to push this effort over with all the strength we have. The Chimp must be drubbed and spanked so hard that even a Diebold trick will not be enough to save the Chimp and his minions with another stolen election.

2. Exactly!
Even though I get excited to see the positive response to Kerry is picking up, I keep remembering who he is running against, which snaps me back into reality again.

3. There's only one poll that matters. . .
and it's the one we'll all participate in November 2. Keep working like we're trailing by 10. That's the only way we're going to hope to win.
