"Four More Years Of What?"
I love this response from Kerry, directed to Bushistas in Ohio:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20040726/ap_on_el_pr/cvn_convention_rdp&cid=694&ncid=716

"Four more years of what?" Kerry responded pointedly to a group of President Bush (news - web sites)'s supporters who greeted him noisily at his appearance in Columbus.

"Four more years of jobs being lost, four more years of the deficit growing bigger and bigger? Four more years of losing our allies around the world? We know we can restore our alliances around the world and make America strong again," added the four-term Massachusetts senator, running even to slightly ahead of Bush in the pre-convention polls.

BTW - Wasn't Gore at about 40% in the polls (to Bush's 50%+) just before the 2000 convention?

I hope Kerry follows Gore and pulls about 10 points out of this performance!

1. bush wouldn't be anywhere without the media..
then or now..we have to win without the mediawhores and we're gonna do it.

And I saw Kerry burst out with that.."four more years of what?" today and it was brilliant!

That will be the new mantra if I ever hear any "four more years" from anybody.

9. yep,
baby-boy, emporer continues to get his free ride. The media questions and analyizes every syllable every democrat utters. But the giggling, murderous low-life continues to take us on his free-ride.

That should be the Bush theme song. Come on and take a free riiiiiiiiide!

Funny, too, cause they accuse democrats of being supporters of people who want to take the easy way out. Yet they love the little spoiled boy in the white house. He's one of them, I guess.

3. What did the chanting 'Pukes say when he said that?
HA! Did they shut up, or get louder like they always do when someone asks a valid question or makes a point?

Who ARE these dumb people? They cannot all be rich white guys...

5. It wasn't like that...cause you could barely hear them
in the background. I just knew what they were saying from Kerry's outburst of "Four More Years of What?". So, no one really got a reaction from those neighbors. But I think Kerry turned that lemon into the best lemonade.

6. Republicans are SO TACKY...
:eyes:

I think they keep any dem/progressive protesters FAR from ChimpCo when he goes anywhere.

Of course, what can he say? He is barely able to speak, let alone speak extemporaneously...

4. Another bumper sticker: "Four more years of what?"
That is beautiful. "Four more years of what?" next to "Kerry Edwards" on my car.
