2. But poised on a knife-blade...
The electoral college can swing wildly back and forth on 1-2% of the electorate, and that is what is happening now.

We cannot assume ANYTHING at this time.

3. Is Tennessee the next Florida?
Tennessee always comes up as dead even. There's no reason this election couldn't come down to this state.

4. This is where we need to work...
If you know any Bush supporters in TN, start poisoning their minds against him. I know you likely won't get them to vote for Kerry, but maybe some of them will stay home from the polls in disgust, which is half as good for us as getting a vote switcher.

5. I heard that the state party is working extremely hard.
This was hearsay, but I imagine it's true: apparently the state party was incredibly embarassed when Gore lost the state in 2000, and they're working doubly hard to make sure Kerry gets the state's votes.

6. All other currentlisting of EV and projections
Have Kerry winning. Election Projection, Rasmussen,Electoral Vote.com,and Robert Silvey, have Kerry winning by no less than 290 EV and as high as the 320's. The most conservative of electoral vote trackers has had Kerry leading for quite a while, even using the methods that most favor Bush and as of today, this report, the Hedgehog Report, has vanished from the web.

Anyway, everyon has Kerry winning this election in the electoral college.

I have been following Kerry's strategy since early March and it seemed so much that he was focusing strongly on an electoral college win in order to cut off any possibility of the king of election that occurred in 2000. Kerry seems intent on an electoral college win, and seems to not be paying much attention to a popular vote win.

7. Kerry is a smart man.
Until we change the eletoral college system, this is the only way (short of owning the Supreme Court) to become President.

8. I know
I think he decided on this strategy shortly afterdeciding to run, because he who takes the electoral college takes all.

9. We showed how its done in Illinois in 2002.
We had a grassroots campaign organization that the GOPers didn't know what to do about!

We canvassed, we phoned, we poll watched, we passed palm cards, all with great zeal.

And we kicked the GOP's ASS.

And in the 2004 election, not only will we in Illinois deliver Kerry, but we will deliver Obama, and we will deliver veto-proof Democratic majorities in both houses of our state legislature, and we will deliver federal house seats.

And here is a secret; We will deliver Rubin Zamora and Dennis Hastert won't know what hit him. Look for it; You heard it here first. The Speaker of The House is skating on thin ice here in his home district.
