Democrats Assail Bush on Iraq, Laud Kerry - 500 votes at 1 minute?

BOSTON - Democrats assailed President Bush (news - web sites)'s handling of the Iraq (news - web sites) war Tuesday night and painted a vivid portrait of John Kerry (news - web sites) as a decorated war hero. "He earned his medals the old-fashioned way, by putting his life on the line," Teresa Heinz Kerry told the party's national convention.

More than 900 soldiers have been killed and nearly 6,000 wounded in "this misguided war in Iraq," Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (news, bio, voting record) told delegates packed into the FleetCenter.

And in a keynote speech that drew frequent and sustained applause, Illinois State Sen. Barack Obama described Kerry as a Vietnam War hero who has long made "tough choices when easier ones were available." Without mentioning Bush by name, he said the president had failed to level with the public before ordering troops into Iraq.

Hey, I think here's proof yahoo is fraudulently publishing ratings. I got this story at 1 minute and look above!

July 24, 2004 to previous dates, ALL Kerry stories were yahoo rated 3.0 to 4.6. This is a statistical measurable record of fact! Starting July 25, 2004, every Kerry story I've seen is 2.2 to 2.7ish. But if you look at the included pic, it's rated much much higher 3.2 to 4.5ish.

1. I believe those timings are updated
whenever Yahoo reposts the story with changes.

That's like taking a survey, gather the results but match the results to new questions! I can see Florida repukes and other repukes don't have a problem with this but what about moral people, Christians... do they think this is Democracy?

3. agree
Yahoo seems to be surprisingly responsive to visitor feedback though:

I've nailed them on slanted headlines several times, and they were changed shortly thereafter (don't know whether I had a damn thing to do with it)

5. thanks, I didn't know you could provide feedback. In an Obama
story yesterday, as I recall, the reporter claimed that he was included due to his race and did not mention his likely success as a Senate candidate.

In the future I will give yahoo! feedback.

I have given some other Kerry stories low ratings when I saw slants in the coverage; I am responding to the bias in the story rather than the topic itself.

4. In my bones, I can feel Bush has hired a few people who've registered
500 yahoo id's each. This is there full time paid job, from blood money of dead American soldiers in Iraq from Iraq oil revenue which is not being reported. These 4-8 people run shifts and constantly vote down all Kerry stories. I know in my heart I'm correct. Just like Florida. Dirty, lying, cheating Fundimentalist Christians!
