Kerry, Bush and the "Waffle" issue. |
|
This is becoming very clear now.
When you're confronted by a freeper mouthing the latest "waffle" talk, here's a response.
"Did Kerry waffle when he turned his boat into an ambush, shot back at the enemy, saved his crew, and routed those godforsaken commies?
You think it took him seven minutes to make that decision when his charge was under attack?
Because that's how long it took George Bush to react to the second plane crashing into the twin towers. Seven deadly, waffle-filled minutes, with a deer-caught-in-the-headlights look.
The Texas Air National Guard probably found out that Bush was the kind of guy who'd freeze up under fire, and washed him out.
Next time this country is under fire, I want to go with the guy whose proven cool under fire."
As an Iowan, I was very impressed with the kind of guy John Kerry becomes when his back is against the wall. He may be a thrill junkie of some sort.
Can't wait to see Kerry wipe the smirk off of W's face in the debates when W finds out how a real patriot reacts under fire.

I think "godforsaken commies" was a little over the top, but other than that . . . :)

Kerry waffling? Remind the freeper that:
Bush was against the Dept of Homeland Security (it was a Dem proposal) and then he was for it.
He started out against the 9/11 Commission and then changed his mind.
In 2000 (according to CNN) he stated that it was up to the states to make decisions about gay marrieage. Now, he's changed his mind and is calling for a constitutional amendment.
There's more. Ya just have to google it.
