Does George Bush even have any friends?
The funny thing about W. is what a lonely man he appears to be. You never read about him having childhood friends. Unlike Kerry, Bush never appears with people who knew him from the past and continue to like him to this day.

I submit to you that George W. Bush has no friends. He only has sycophants, employees, and allies.

I wish every time Bush got on stage people would ask why he doesn't have any old friends standing up there with him as Kerry does. Is it because Bush is a prep-school snob that people only like superficially?

1. No, it's because he's a petty, spiteful, vengeful Bush.
Barbara's children are not fun. Their humor is cruel and mean. Not many people can maintain a diet of that.

3. To be fair, I believe he may also have curmudgeons.
You know, people to push down the stairs when he's angry, stuff like that.

4.  All his old friends are DRUG addicts & ALCOHOLICS
He wouldn't want any of them on stage with him. Besides it would bring back too many fond memories of the past and he's scared he couldn't resist jumping off the wagon. He sort of remembers the old saying something about the Friends that you keep...

5. With friends like Kennyboy Lay, who needs enemies?
Edited on Wed Jul-28-04 04:22 PM by wishlist
Seriously, his 'friends' have been people like Ken Lay, James Bath and other energy moguls or corporate crooks with shady pasts that are potential embarrassments to him and probably used him mostly for the Bushdaddy connections anyway.
