Are the President or VP subject to the Hatch Act?
I know this has already been posted, but Cheney's blatant campaigning at Camp Pendleton is very disturbing to me. They've already politicized the military enough.

"When Congress voted to authorize force against Saddam Hussein, Senators Kerry and Edwards voted yes," Cheney told the troops at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base on Tuesday. "But when it came time to fund the troops doing the fighting in Iraq, it was another story."

Should we file complaints?

2. Not ALL of it. The Hatch Act prohibits running for political office.
I'd imagine they also enjoy exemptions from most of the rest of it (if not all of it).

3. just googled the Hatch Act
grrr...

All civilian employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the President and the Vice President, are covered by the provisions of the Hatch Act.

4. There is NO LAW for the Imperial Family in Imperial Amerika.
The one law they are still subject to in the November vote.

If they get away with stealing THAT then they are fully and truly ABOVE THE LAW.

But then, Imperial Amerika is a rather lawless, rogue Third-World Nation.
