Her style in this speech is a little different compared to other speeches I've heard her give. She's adding a little more drama. But man, the conviction is there. And I sure love what she's talking about.

And man, for a woman who choses her hairstyle becuase it only takes 15 minutes to wash and dry in the morning, she really presents herself in a really effective way.

1. I made my daughter come in and watch her.
I said, "Come and see one of those ugly, no make-up, corn-fed, overweight women Ann the Man Coulter was complaining about!

She is smart and beautiful! I am glad she is on our team, too.

2. LOL! Ann and her ilk hate men who are attractive but hate women who
aren't (and even a few who are)--physically speaking only; she's incapable of delving any deeper. Nothing wrong with that, eh?

(sarcasm off)

3. As a person from Michigan, I can tell you Jennifer Graham is the
best Governor in our country bar none. During this recession in the auto industry, she, as a deeply religious mother and wife, invoked the Bible to defend her policies of "providing for the least among us" sending all the rightwing nuts into a frenzy.Like you, I always tell my daughters to use Jennifer as a role model:intelligent, compassionate, beautiful inside and out.Quite a contrast from the Betty Devos crowd on the Republican side in our state.

Because our Party encourages strong, independent and intelligent women like Jennifer Granholm,Hillary Clinton,Janeane Garofalo and others it is blessed with an icredible array of talent unlike the Republicans who want the Stepford Wife types.I say let them have the robots. We like our women live and thinking.

7. We need to support Orren Hatch's idea to amend the Constitution to allow
naturalized citizens to run for President. Then we could run Jennifer, a former Canadian, against the Gropinator. What's not to like about that matchup?

12. I will never support that idea. I think it's a good rule that the Pres.
must have been born in this country. Less likely that a foreign element would get into power. We have enough trouble with those born on our own soil, as we have seen.

8. She's absolutely beautiul, too. I hate tomention that, like it's
important, but she's just so striking. She was great on the Bill Maher Real Time show last season, too. Great sense of humor, lots of poise, gutsy comebacks. And I didn't see a wedding ring. If she's single, I'll bet she has the most prominent men in the country trying to get a date with her (but when would she find time to date)?

11. She is married to Dan Mulhern
A Democratic activist and fundraiser. He is Kerry's state chairman.

I think this is cool; when they got married, he legally changed his name to Daniel Granholm Mulhern, and she changed hers to Jennifer Mulhern Granholm.
