Does anyone know of any federal docs, guidelines, that state
the guidelines the county needs to follow on redistricting
VOTER PRECINCTS?

i am talking voter precincts not US Congressional districts

i have the public docs in our public library on the county commission set up to redistrict but i am looking for federal guidelines.

distribution of voters in each district
minority representation in each district

There may be some guidelines covering
natural geographic boundaries
