3. You know how I feel, but it's Kerry now
Clark did a great job backing Kerry, didn't he, a great job. It was amazing how the crowd rose to it's feat when he reclaimed that flag for us and called out the Republican Party as a fraud for claiming only they care enough to keep our people safe.

7. lol
Clark, you rock

and you developed a sense of timing, waiting for and working with the audience reaction. a skill that good old Al Gore still needs to learn.

9. My President was just on....
and letting BushCo. know that he is a FRAUD.

I love Wes Clark.

Too bad the media, the DNC and the RNC attacked him all at the same time.

It's OK. The American People get what they deserve.

Me, I'm French. So I can have Wes Clark!

11. Thanks......
It was the Clark in me that gave the Smackdowns.

It was a great run, although media cooperation could have made us be 20 pts ahead just about now.....but...

I hope the Democrats will finally see what they passed up.....although it really wasn't their fault.....

as they know not what they do, most of the time.

Damn that DNC to hell, after the election....of course!

13. No, I think Kerry has already shoved him off to the side...
Especially after that tour in NH and ME that happened on the day that Kerry announced the VP choice.

That was a fantastic speech, though. Wow!

16. Not a chance
Kerry's made that pretty clear.

But Clark will help get him elected anyway, because it's what this country needs. That's all Clark has ever really cared about.

Did I miss something? And what happened during the NH/ME tour on the day Kerry announced the VP? I feel hopelessly out of the loop.

I thought I would when Kerry announced Edwards, but I just can't let it go!

Wes is still #1 in our hearts...

14. Yep, the same idea thumped through my head too...
I hope to see him in the Kerry administration, contributing his qualities and experience in putting together large, cohesive and effective coalitions, beating the swords into the plows of peace - an accomplishment that he righteously praised in Presidents Wilson, Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy, and Clinton.

You bet Bush doesn't deserve to be the CinC. He's as much a dangerous fraud as the trifecta of neocons, ultra-right wingers and Christian Taliban that rode him to the "throne."

And Wes just totally nailed it with his yanking the "national security" issue out of the GOP's gated community.

He's terrific.

Now let's follow his charge and get Kerry elected in November, and along with him a bunch of Dem Congressmen and Senators. Fraudsters out, out, out!

20. Wes Clark is the reason I am so heavily involved now.
I felt he was the perfect candidate. Hell, I never even considered giving money to a candidate under any circumstances before and there I was giving to the Wes Clark Train out of my unemployment check. He's just so honest and genuine, he doesn't have that sleaze that seems to ooze from most politicians. I felt he really cared about what was best for the country, it wasn't lip service. When President Bill Clinton mentioned that "Strength and wisdom are not opposing qualities" I immediately thought of General Clark. He embodies that phrase and he embodies America. What a President he would have made! I love Wesley Clark.

25. I agree! He was great on Hardball Mon night too.
Tore Tweety a new one. I was in the front row of the crowd watching the show, and I was on TV shaking Wes Clark's hand. That was a big thrill for me. Even got to exchange a few words with him while he was waiting to go on. :-)
