The 2004 Presidential Election: Substance Vs. Desperate Bashing
With his acceptance speech last night John Kerry showed America his campaign has a lot of substance while the opponents have NOTHING to show for except being negative and unfairly bashing John Kerry, John Edwards and Democratic Party. After listening to the inspirational John Kerry speech last night just pay a visit to the Bush/Cheney website and you will see what I am talking about!

Americans are looking for feasible ideas and I think John Kerry was very effective last night offering feasible ideas!

Our nominee does not have to be negative and bash the opponent because Kerry has a LOT to offer this country and the Bush administration has NOTHING BUT LIES AND PESSIMISM!!!

Kerry campaign does not need to get down to Bush's level because Kerry has comprehensive plans for the economy, jobs, taxes, the environment, homeland security, foreign policy, healthcare, plan to cut deficit, crime prevention, end dependence on foreign oil while creating jobs, improving the environment while creating new jobs, try to fix the damage done by the current administration, etc.

That was the kind of speech we needed from Kerry to let the undecided know the choice they have to make. It is just too bad that the media was more interested in telling us more about the balloons not falling after the acceptance speech then to talk about the great optimistic and feasible plan this candidate has to offer to all of us.

Kerry acceptance speech last night makes me proud to be a democrat! I cannot wait until the debates!

1. I hope Kerry is one of those who is quick to react on his feet when the
Bush controlled media either protects Bush from any Kerry confrontation on how Bush has handled a) the war on Iraq, b) the economy, c) the environment, d) our healthcare c) our civil liberties; AND/OR also quick to think on his feet when the Bush controlled moderators throw him highly inflammatory morsels/questions/problems while giving rose petals to Bush. I hope he might even have the courage to point out that they are being TILTED IN BUSH'S FAVOR if that should be the case, which I think it is a given that they will be; especially if they have people like Jim Lehrer, Tim Russert, Tom Brokaw, Andrea Mitchell Greenspan, Judy Woodruff OR TUCKER CARLSON OR THE KING OF MEAN; BOB NOVAK moderating any of the debates!:dem:
