Has Hillary mentioned her "Poverty Czar" in WV?

Was just wondering about that because she mentioned it in a speech a month ago, and was figuring that since WV is among one of the most poverty-stricken states, if she'd use that stage to talk about it again, any one know :shrug:

1. most poverty-stricken state ... So backward the only way she wins is running against a black man

Her statement about "White people support me" was a dog whistle to WV whites that it's OK to vote your "conscience" other people have done it too.

3. But surely, this is the perfect stage to explain that proposal but yet....

I haven't heard anything(again doesn't mean she hasn't mentioned it somewhere), I also wasn't able to find any information about it on her website <http://www.hillaryclinton.com/feature/poverty/> :shrug:

2. The only reason she invented that position was to get an Edwards endorsement.

Edwards didn't take the bait, so she desisted.
