West Virginia and Kentucky don't count.
Why?
1. They're just small states -- insignificant. 2. They are going to go Republican in the GE anyway 3. The only reason Hillary is going to win them is the disproportionate number of EA (European American) voters there. If it wasn't for the EA vote, Obama would win. Obama can't help it if the EA voters will blindly vote for the white candidate.
What the hell -- if Hillary supporters can push this attitude so hard, why not Obama supporters too?
What was that song that Curly used to sing all the time? "She was bred in old Kentucky but she's just a crumb to me." Nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk.

I don't know for sure, but I bet the ancestors of most AA's were brought over as slaves going way back to the 1700s and early 1800s.

By the end of the day her presumed W. Va. win will be interpreted more like a Klan rally than an electoral victory I fear... She has played the race card once too often.

High school.
There HAVE to be some sort of minimum standards for voting. Our form of Republican Democracy doesn't WORK without an informed citizenry.

Besides sounding like an extreme right leaning person making republicans pale in comparison, by your standards the democratic party would lose most elections.

Dean had to set a firewall so we didn't end up with primaries 2 years before the convention. Hell, make that 4 years. Chelsea might be running for the 2020 nomination next month without such rules in place.

This post was intended to poke fun at the Hillary position, not the people of WV and KY.
The sad thing is that the people of WV and KY have suffered as much oppression, if not more, than most other folks in this country by the ruling corporations. And as is so typical, such oppressed people are often fooled into voting against their own best interests.

21. He did not "ignore" them.. he just did not campaign BIG, there |
|
Why waste resources & time in an area that is so OBVIOUSLY not going to net him much?.. He did what he could..He's got to use his time wisely now.. the man is TIRED..and he has a big fall season ahead of him..why waste time spinning his wheels .. He can afford to kick back a little now.. the states he needed to win and planned to win are mostly won already..
He never planned to win 50 states.. Hillary HAS to have a few wins here and there..let her enjoy them..
My only gripe with her is that she just won't stop pissing in the pool..

Do you really think Obama could make even the slightest dent in the vote in WV or KY if he campaigned there? Whether you like him or not, he has excellent campaign strategists. They probably figured out that expending a lot of energy there was a complete waste of time and money.
And besides, WV and KY are about as close to "enemy territory" as Obama could have imagined.

"1. They're just small states -- insignificant."
- We don't have many delegates which is one of the reasons things here haven't changed. To many people running for office hold that belief.
"2. They are going to go Republican in the GE anyway"
- Find a Democrat candidate who besides supporting environmental policies that would destroy our last remaining sources of employment, has a plan to move us forward when they go into effect... then watch how fast my state goes Dem.
"3. The only reason Hillary is going to win them is the disproportionate number of EA (European American) voters there. If it wasn't for the EA vote, Obama would win. Obama can't help it if the EA voters will blindly vote for the white candidate."
- If it wasn't for the disproportionate number of EA voters there wouldn't be enough voters to fill up a room. Why is there such a high number of EA's and not much else? Well, historically WV had very few if any slaves (which is why we told Virginia to go to hell and broke away) and there's not much here to attract people to come. I don't enjoy my race being used to site why I am "blindly" voting for a candidate, especially since the one I'm blindly voting for would be Obama. Yes.. I'm not the norm here, but maybe its because my livelihood doesn't depend on a Steel Mill or a Coal mine like most do.
"What the hell -- if Hillary supporters can push this attitude so hard, why not Obama supporters too?"
- I know you know exactly why.

I was trying to create a parody on what Clinton has often said about states that Obama won.
My points are just as invalid as Clinton's points about states that Obama won.

29. They count, but not enough to pull Hillary out of her hole. |
|
Even with blowouts, there aren't enough delegates in play to make more than a small dent in Obama's lead.
