If they got your info wrong it might be because they only track amounts more than $200. So I would guess that if you made a donation of less than that it wouldn't appear.

CSPAN has a campaign money tracker, it's how the LaRouche Movement found out Nader is being paid by the GOP to steal John Kerrys vote this election. We must stop Nader from doign this. Check out cspans election financial section.
