So is Biden now the only major Dem. Presidential candidate who has not endorsed Obama? |
|
Kucinich, I know, asked his supporters to vote for Obama in Iowa, but he hasn't endorsed that I know of. So have they all gone with Obama at this point? That should tell Hillary something, I'd think.

1. Strangely John Edwards received almost 8% of the vote in West Virginia yesterday.... |
|
Edwards has been out of the race so long...That 8% could of perhaps gone to Obama with an earlier endorsement (every little bit helps)!
Hopefully, Joe Biden is next!

2. I think so -- and I wonder when/if he will before the convention. |
|
My sense is that he knows both candidates well, and that he may honestly feel that they both would be a good President, so let the people decide.

5. Obama may be saving the best for last. Biden's endorsement may |
|
be one of those in Barack's "back pocket"... I heard early in the process that Obama had many endorsements he was saving for later...

6. Biden is also the only one who could be a guranteed short-lister for Sec. State |
|
And given how bad we need him in that role, he can hedge his bets all he wants.

8. I'd love to see Biden in that role... |
|
Of course...I wanted him to get the nom, but I'd sure like to see him in the administration, and VP doesn't seem like a good fit.
I also expect Biden is going to endorse Obama, but is standing back like so many prominent Dems have been.

12. I like Biden as a VP candidate just because he'd be a good attack dog |
|
but I am not sure if he'd help carry a state (maybe secure PA and OH though). He should be thought about though. He'll probably endorse after OR and KY.

I know they call each other old friends, but have they worked together or just been friendly?

14. By not endorsing either of these lesser qualified candidates... |
|
Biden demonstrates the most integrity. I'm proud that the candidate I supported, the one best qualified to lead this nation out of the morass we are presently in, has stayed out of this sad struggle between these two average politicians. I hope he remains out of the fray. I don't believe Kucinich has endorsed a candidate either. I have great respect for him as well.
