Why I HATE Wikipedia
Kennedy is not dead, but any fuckhead can go on Wikipedia and change the facts. Ugh. Its already been fixed, but heres a screenshot.

hopefully ;)

ive tested them before to see how fast someone would correct it. i wont say what article or what crazy outa nowhere thing i put, but it was gone within a half hour(probably before then, i just checked a half hour later).

3. How grotesque. Having the talking heads constantly saying "He was..." isn't helping either.
They should be saying "He is..."

4. High school and college kids aren't often taught about wikipedia..

...and use it as a source for research. Heaven help us.

7. It's a good jumping off point for research,
as long as you verify what you read from a secondary source. Nowadays, more and more articles on Wikipedia are using cited sources for almost all data in their articles.

8. Well that's just stupid..

There are mistakes found there all the time. It may be a good place to get ideas, but I would never use it as a source, or take anything too seriously that relied on it for a source of information.

10. That's why you use it as a jumping off point, and not as your primary source.
If something doesn't have a direct source citation, always double check your facts somewhere else.
