Serious ?: Will America be more likely to be hit with Kerry or Bush ? |
|
..As the president after January 20th? Who will do the best job at protecting our nation? Who will you feel most secure with at the helm? After all, Bush has protected you for 3 years now, is their argument. But, the only reason we haven't been hit is because the terrorists had no plans to hit us. It was not because we are fighting them in Iraq.
There has never been a more incompetent and paranoid Administration in my lifetime. They are like Don Knotts, the shakiest gun in the west. Is it any wonder that people are overwhelmed with fear? I don't expect it to improve if Bush is the president in January. I don't look forward to the stress and nervous breakdown of the greatest nation on earth.

Usama bin Laden doesn't care who is president, he want's to kill Americans either way.
Kerry probably has a hell of a lot better shot at stopping Usama though.

4. Much more likely with Bush* |
|
but could still happen with Kerry. I hope when (ok, let's not jinx it, if) Kerry takes office he is given all the info he will need. I put nothing beyond them.

Bush is fighting some sort of Religious war, he's not actually protecting Americans. He's totally out of touch.
The martyrs in the terrorist movement aren't afraid to 'die', yet Bush is trying to appeal to fear in these people. Bush and his bravado are trying to frighten lunatics as a means to protect Americans ~ which in and of itself, is insane.
Kerry will actually secure our borders and take reasonable steps to prevent the recruiting terrorists by repairing international relationships. Kerry wont go in to Iran and Syria like Bush will, insighting MORE anger.
It's a no brainer. :hi:

A skinny gunfighter, resembling Don Knotts, has his back turned to the camera and is shaking nervously. Soundover of Kerry talking about hope over "fear". The ad ends with George W Bush with a cowboy hat on - looking very much like the nervous gunfighter. "America needs leaders as brave as the people themselves."
(The idea of the ad is to portray Bush as a weak and fearful leader)

9. Kerry will probably actually heed genuine terrorist warnings |

unlike Bush. And he will not use them every time his poll numbers fall. But there's no guarantee either way. But Kerry will wage a responsible campaign against terror, whereas Bush jerks himself off with fantasies of the crusades.

10. If Bush is way behind, Al Qaeda may attack before the election. |
|
Al Qaeda may hold off while the race is close. They would not want to take a chance on hurting Bush's election prospects.
However, if Bush gets behind, Al Qaeda may attack as a last ditch effort to try and help him.
After the election, some form of attack is a virtual certainty. You can bet Al Qaeda will use the new strength that Bush has handed them to attack us. And millions of Muslims all over the world will rejoice.
The problem is Iraq. There is nothing that can be done with that quagmire in anything like a short time. Bush gave us "security cancer." Because of Iraq, Kerry can't expect immediate results in combatting terrorist networks. Iraq will nourish and strengthen those networks for years to come. Pakistan too.

Osama wants bush at the helm because he is 1. Grossly incompotent and 2. Ends up helping them more than hurting them.
If Kerry gets in they will attempt to use attacks to get him to lose the next election to another incompotent repub.
