I love Dennis Kucinich. What cabinet position would he be
right for? I particularly like his stance on health care, so what about Secretary of Health and Human Services? I just don't know if that would be good enough to make him want to give up his seat in Ohio. And maybe we need him too much in the House anyway.

Any ideas?

1. I love Dennis Kucinich
and think he needs to stay in the House or (better yet) move into the Senate, if such could be arranged. Can we spare that voice in the legistlative branch for a mere cabinet position? I think not.

12. That's what I've been mulling over. He is such a strong voice
for doing the right thing on EVERY issue.

I just wish that there could be some way to honor his integrity and brilliance that wouldn't deprive us of that in the legislative branch.

2. He's a good man and a great citizen.

The more influential a position he holds the better off the nation is, IMO.

Kucinich champions what's good about our country and fights to preserve it when it's threatened.

3. I was thinking the same thing.
I would really like to see Dennis Kucinich except a high ranking position in Baracks administration. How about Attorney General?

13. I would like Edwards for AG at least in the beginning. But there's
got to be something Barack can do to honor Kucinich.

I have to say that Kucinich is the only one I agreed with 100%. But we all knew he didn't have a snowball's chance in hell.

11. I'd like Edwards as AG to clean up the mess and then to be the
first Supreme Court appointment when a position is opened up.

And I'd like to see Elizabeth Edwards at HUD. That way they can both make a HUGE difference in this wonderful country we live in.

24. That is why I think the Department of Peace is a stupid idea
Peace should be the responsibility of the State Department. If a president wants his/her Presidency to promote peace, then they should pick their cabinet members to reflect that desire. The proposed Department of Peace is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard, and is one of the biggest reasons why I could never take Kucinich seriously. At best, it becomes a redundant bureaucracy, and at worst, it becomes pointless, constantly being at odds with the Department of State and Defense.

15. If we really wanted to end corruption in our Government
simply make Kucinich the AG. I cannot think one single politician that is more honest and forthright than DK. Shouldn't those ideally be the quintessential qualifications for AG of the US?

and I don't see Obama, or HRC, for that matter, picking him to be in the cabinet.

One more good reason to support Golub.

20. How Did Kucinich Get A Wife that Gorgeous?????

Any politician who is that successful in his private life surely knows what he is doing!

He was my first choice for President. (Obama #2)

The Secretary of Health and Human Services would be perfect.

35. If the Democratic Party had as much balls as brains, Dennis Kucinich would be our candidate
for President.

DK is the only one of our 2008 candidates who TRULY represents what the Democrat Party is SUPPOSED to stand for. He's also the only one who has the guts to hold Bush and Cheney accountable for their heinous crimes.
