Bicep Guy.
Did anyone else see the black guy in the crowd at the Obama rally in Portland with an "Obama" tattoo on his bicep, flexing it for the camera? Pretty funny. (Portland is Tattoo City, I'm sorry to say.)

4. Tattoos Everywhere
Portland has to be the most inked city in the world. I've got a full back piece that usually stands out in a crowd, but not in Portland. The diversity and level of tattoo work here is amazing.

I'm too old to have any appreciation for tattoos I'm afraid. To me, it's like drawing a moustache on the Mona Lisa. However, I can see a major boom coming in abouit twenty years for laser techicians...
