McCain attack: Epic FAIL.
This is the vaunted GOP attack machine in action?

"Aggravated over persistent questions surrounding their new policy on lobbyists working for the campaign, Team McCain sought to change the topic tonight by raising Barack Obama's ties to a 60s-era radical.

“Just a few years ago when Barack Obama was beginning his career in politics he was launching it at the home of William Ayers, an unrepentant domestic terrorist who his chief strategist said Senator Obama was certainly friendly with," said McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds in a statement. "If Barack Obama is going to make associations the issue, we look forward to the debate about Senator Obama's associations and what they say about his judgment and readiness to be commander in chief."

The move was spurred by Obama using a question from a reporter earlier in the day to go after McCain about what has become a major distraction this past week for the GOP nominee.

"It appears that John McCain is very much a creature of Washington and one of the things that we have said at the outset of this campaign is that if we are going to change policies...we were going to have to change how Washington works," Obama said on the campaign trail in Oregon after being asked about the resignations of McCain campaign aides and advisers due to lobbyist ties. "We can’t have special interests dictating what’s happening there." "

Hm. Five campaign staffers leaving in the past week, vs. sharing a co-chairmanship on a charity?

McCrazy's campaign may exceed all previous estimates and set a new standard of suck.

4. Nice try McCain. Obama's not going to be a pushover.
The repugs haven't faced this kind of opponent since 1992. And it shows.

7. Perhaps the McCain staffer in charge of "Relevance"
was one of those who scurried away this past week.

8. Geesh, What About McCain's Ties
McCain is tied to a man who is unrepentant about trying to subvert the Constitution. It is a man who has provided instructions on how to kill government agents and bragged about using pictures of a US President and First Lady as target practice. Oh, yeah, the man also practically got a boner listening to recordings of Hitler.

He is tied to a man aligned with the IRA (the Irish Republican Army). McCain himself called the IRA "killers and thieves" - but was more than willing to take the endorsement and money of man who funded killing and thieving.

Y'know, I'd be willing to live and let live, but I have to wonder when it comes to dragging up radical acquaintances - does McCain really want to go there?

9. Exactly.
Imagine the fun O is gonna have batting this one back over the net.

McCain keeps kicking open doors that O can drive a truck through.

And he will. Tomorrow's gonna be another bad day for Gramps, I think.
