The demeaning and condescending “men are obsessed with me” and “baby’ comments show that Hillary has been using sexist language and behavior as tools in her campaign to deflect questions and attack her critics.

This kind of gender hatred displayed by Hillary, characterizing questions about her Iraq policy as somehow indicative of a sexual obsession with her, shows how hypocritically and cynically she’ll default to spewing sexist BS when cornered on real questions about real issues.

Listen, these people say thousands of words a day and respond awkwardly at times to tense situations. I support Obama wholeheartedly but want fairness and healing within our party. These sorts of attacks serve no one. When asked about Hillary as a running mate, Obama manages to deflect with great skill. Deflection is not a weakness, it's a great skill. Up to the reporter to pin it down (much as he did quite effectively with Kevin James).

I at no time heard the word 'sexual' used by her as a descriptor of men's obsession with her, furthermore, showing some form of affection for a male does not make her a hypocrite. To me, it was nothing more than affectionately acknowledging a worthy male opponent in a non-threatening manner.

If she's not talking about a sexual obsession, why did she make a point of specifying the gender of those she claims are obsessed. There are plenty of female reporters who have asked her about Iraq, and yet she singles out men and accuses them of being obsessed with her, and claims that is why she's being questioned about Iraq.

The tone of her voice and the incredulous demeanor make it very clear what she's doing. She's again using her gender as a foil to evade a real question about policy. She all but called him a stalker, and spun his daring to question her Iraq policy as some gender based persecution.
