2. This is a GREAT idea!!!
You will need a small army to maintain it against the army the Freepers will let loose on it. But like Wikileaks it may reveal many unknown facts!

3. I figure it might be disrupted by freepers in the beginning but
a skilled IT person should be able to get that under control by using IP addresses and the like.
