He must not only win, but he must win by 20% or more for it to be clear to certain Hillary supporters that he deserves the victory. And if he DOES win, it's because he spent more money than Hillary, and that is clearly bad. Because if a candidate needs to spend more money than his opponent in order to win a state, then he's just not popular enough.
Good to know.
I hope I'm up on the latest Hillbot benchmarks for today. They change so often.

to make it clear to EVERYONE that SHE deserves to win--it's the only way she can stop Obama from clinching the pledged delegate lead.
And it's not Obama's fault that he outspends her--it's hard NOT to outspend someone who's in $20 million debt.
