It is such bs for Obama to have to prove his patriotism over and over again. He has already shown strong patriotism to his country just by what he has done with his life over the years. The flag pin and other bs they talk about along with what Michelle said about being proud of her country is crap.

I would rather have a patriot such as Barack then one like what we have in the WH who has caused the death of 1000s and the way they have then treated the veterans who have come back with mental and physical disabilities, suicides, families lost to divorce or other reasons, homes foreclosed. On top of that what about the patriotisms regarding the economy of this country where it has been forsaken so the rich can get richer, CEO's infinity salaries, workers reduced salaries.

Barack's patriotism will benefit us all, the military, the youth of our country with programs to help them all get into college for those who want and the adults and senior citizens who need a lift right now.

Patriotism is a hell of a lot more than wearing a flag pin.

Even the Mondale convention managers had to distribute little US flags to *every* delegate the nite of Mondale's address. The delegates waved them dutifully with every applause line. Dems are patriotic too, they were trying to tell the country.
