We know you could exit (or vote Dem) in droves and sway the election. Even some of you. We don't want to lose any.

So let's talk: What are your demands? That's the only part of the message that's been unclear. I hope you can see how some Dems feel threatened by that - not like there hasn't been negotiation and compromise within the party before - but to have someone shake a stick at you with no carrot attached. I think if you're clear about what you expect, you'd get a different (less hostile) reaction.

Give them some space to vent and let them come back on their own terms. It would be great if some of her supporters could just fall in line and help us ith the good fight, but I suspect the reality will be that it will take many of them months or better to come around and see what's at stake.

I think as a obama suporter he should choose the gov of kansas as his vp. think having a woman sends the right message to her supporters that while he can't choose her because their messages are so different he can choose a woman.

also we know he is good on womens issues, he can promote them more.

Barring that, I want the VP spot to be offered to her. I think that anyone who has won almost half of the votes cast so far has earned the right to be on the ticket. I would say the same thing if the situation were reversed and she was on top of the ticket. I would have then expected her to offer the VP position to Obama.

I think that they would make an unstoppable ticket. I don't know if she's interested in the job, but at least it should be offered.
