Free Washington, DC Trip To Talk To The DNC Committee May 31st.
Good Afternoon Democratic Underground,
There is another opportunity to go to Washington D.C. at the end of this month to hold a count our votes rally outside the DNC for during their May 31st meeting.

We are going to make sure that the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee that is hearing the cases from Florida and Michigan about counting the votes, knows that we want our votes counted!

Transportation and lodging will be paid for, you are responsible for our own meals.

Here's what you need to do if you want to attend:

1. Register for the DC Rally - May 31st -

The details are subject to change. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

At this time, this is our plan:

A. Leave Florida the AM of May 29th

B. Rally the evening of May 30th (smaller rally)

C. Rally the morning of May 31st

D. Depart DC the mid-afternoon of May 31st

E. Transportation and lodging are free.

F. Please make arrangements for your own meals.

To register go to http://www.floridademandsrepresentation.org and click on the register here box below the FDR Logo and above the menu bar. A pop-up window will appear, click on the Sign Up button to go to the registration page.

For questions, please call 888/599-1586. Due to high call volume you may need to leave a message but someone will be contacting you within 24-hours. Or email jhannagan@floridademandsrepresentation.org - BUT if you want to register, use the registration link.

Told them to ensure the integrity of the democratic primary by following the rules.

Of course, you don't care about integrity or rules, so....

13. The response will be, regardless of what "the people" want:
Florida's primary election tally shall stand, however, delegate totals will be reduced by an amount of one-half. Additionally, all "Superdelegates" shall not have a vote. Michigan will do the same, with the uncommitted votes instructed to go to Sen. Obama, albeit both delegate totals will be halved, with no allowance for Superdelegate votes. No amount of protesting will change this fact, and in this scenario, Hillary Clinton receives a benefit that she would not have had if the DNC upheld the actual by-laws, which would render both states without delegates. This will increase the amount of delegates needed to win the nomination to 2118, which accounts for the addition of Florida and Michigan delegates halved.

This is all public WHOIS data from www.pir.org. Please don't abuse it by phoning the guy up to vent your disagreement, which would reflect badly on the campaign you support.

Jim introduces himself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_PqPgHh7Vg
"My name is Jim, I'm a Florida voter and a proud democrat."

Really? The company is registered in Florida, but all the contact info for this website points to their Northeastern sales office in MA. Well, fancy that.

But there's more - 'famed attorney' Pamela Hays is also part of the Count Every Vote initiative.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBPpwiC92YY

The video description directs us to http://www.hillaryresponders.com./

We have worked too hard! We have come too far! We have fought too long to allow our candidate, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, to receive unjust treatment in the media and across the internet.

This has not been a fair fight when it comes to how our candidate's words and actions are misrepresented and misconstrued to voters. The other candidate is allowed to change the rules as they fit him and is handled by the media with "kid gloves" while our candidate is consistently damned if she does and damned if she doesn't.
<...>
This site is not affiliated with or authorized by Hillary Clinton for President. Created by volunteers who support Senator Clinton.

OK....but who is behind it? I did a whois search, which directed me to 'Bluehost.com', another domain registrar. I contacted them (because their whois server was inaccessible) and they offered to look it up for me, but when I mentioned I was trying to get registration information for hillaryresponders.com they told me that the client had their domain privay features enabled and they couldn't give out the information.

Meantime, who is Pamela Hays? She's an attorney in Manhattan. Unfortunately, she seems to be a bit ethically challenged...

"Assistant District Attorney's Forced Resignation Tied to Drug Case" (1992)

She goes way back as a Hillary campaign donor: http://www.newsmeat.com/fec/bystate_detail.php?st=NY&last=HAYES&first=PAMELA

Other people she has endorsed include famed Psychic Carmen Harra, whose abilities Hays calls 'uncanny'. Too bad she didn't give a reading to Hillary before the campaign. http://nymag.com/news/intelligencer/16739/

She was identified by the Clinton campaign last year as one of their bundlers: http://hotlineblog.nationaljournal.com/archives/2007/03/new_yorks_afric.html and may or may not be connected to Hill PAC http://www.opensecrets.org/pacs/lookup2.php?cycle=2006&strID=C00363994

In conclusion, this 'count every vote' thing sure looks like an exercise in astroturfing.
