2. Also...I forgot to tell you that you are harming our nominee and you will get your Digiorno soon.
Also, K&R

And I forgot to tell you that Clinton leads McCain in the Rasmussen daily tracking poll too.

(And Obama is behind McCain...)

5. In other news, Obama now needs less than 50 delegates to clinch the nomination. Keep posting polls!

13. You're interested in "silencing" dissenting views?
Very interesting. And somewhat disquieting.

How about "until these anti-Obamal threads fall silent."

Or have you not been listening to Obama's message?

7. How can 45% of the country STILL be voting f**king Republican?!
Based on the polls, there is a large number of people in this country who:

a) think the country is on the wrong track
b) think Bush is an idiot
c) are sick of the war

and yet they still want to vote for the guy who thinks 100 more years of Bush-style policies are great.

I mean, seriously! It boggles the fucking mind.

9. Funny how these polls work...
In a five minute search, I found several current polls showing Obama winning and several current polls showing Clinton winning in the general election. In keeping with the spirit of the original post and cherry-picking the polls with the highest percentage leading, the highest lead I could find for Clinton in the GE was +5 and the highest for Obama was +11. You could also make a 100% true post that there are polls that show McCain winning by varying percentages. I could post probably 15 different polls all with different results all showing different candidates with big and small leads. So give yourself a round of applause, you amazingly found a poll that favors one of the candidates.

11. So Rasmussen lied?
I thought they would stop tracking Clinton v McCain or was it Clinton v Obama?

Whatever. Polls don't matter at this point. Obama is less than 50 delegates from locking down the nomination.

12. I'm not precognitive, but I can't imagine McCain . . .
Maintaining any kind of a lead against (insert name of dem nominee here) when they're head-to-head.

Have you seen McCain recently? He's falling apart. And the same is true of his campaign organization. The hell with the merits, he's going to flub the campaign big time.

All our nominee needs to do is run a competent campaign, quash swiftboating, not let the 'Licans who own the voting machines jimmy the results, not get assassinated . . . and we'll win in a, well, not landslide, but a very mandatalicious squeaker.

Erm . . . maybe I need to donate a few more dollars to (X's) campaign.

17. Rasmussen Markets data gives Sen. Obama a 62.0% chance of winning the White House in November
----------------------------------------------------

Rasmussen Markets data gives Sen. Obama a 62.0% chance of winning the White House in November:

"New polling from Minnesota was released today showing Obama retaining a double digit lead over McCain. Polling released Friday showed Obama with the advantage in both Pennsylvania and New Hampshire. In both states, McCain had the edge a month ago (see summary of recent state-by-state results).

The Rasmussen Reports Balance of Power Calculator shows Democrats leading in states with 200 Electoral Votes while the GOP has the advantage in states with 189. When “leaners” are included, the Democrats enjoy a 260-240 Electoral College lead. Rasmussen Markets data gives Democrats a 62.0% chance of winning the White House in November (results are updated on a 24/7 basis by market participants). "

"Rasmussen Reports believes the race is over and that Barack Obama will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. We will stop tracking the Democratic race in the near future to focus exclusively on the Obama-McCain match-up.

You do realize that during campaigning Obama's numbers go up and Clinton's go down?

What was your point again?

The two daily tracking polls have Clinton winning and Obama losing against McCain.
