I will never forget how Frank Luntz's face never rose up off the floor on that Thursday night as he was doing his segment with those undecided voters after they watched (and LOVED) the Kerry convention speech. He was VISIBLY shaken. From smirking and smiling and bee-boppin' the night before, to somber as an undertaker. It was a thing of beauty! I am STILL savoring the enjoyment I felt. It STILL keeps me warm on a chilly night. Ol' Luntz was clearly NOT happy about what he was hearing from this focus group.
