Ending the Bill vs. Hill conflict on seating Half the FL and MI delegates

According to the report at http://blogs.abcnews.com:80/politicalradar/2008/05/bill-clinton--1.html Bill Clinton would find it to be an acceptable solution if Florida and Michigan were to be allowed to seat only half their delegates, whereas Hillary's campaign is insisting that 100% of those states' delegates should be seated.

But maybe we can reconcile these two positions. I bet Hillary would be fine with what Bill said, if the 50% of the delegates to be seated were all Hillary's!
