essentially from what I can gather, the judge says it has no merit. Perhaps we can stop with the hijinks and the rules don't count meme now. And hopefully the DNC can spend money on the election and not lawyers.

CNN's Susan Candiotti is reporting on CNN radio that Dimaio will file a simultaneous appeal to the Federal Appeals Court in Atlanta and the U.S. Supreme Court.
