Hillary alludes to assassination, and Obama shrugs it off,
Edited on Fri May-30-08 09:03 AM by rateyes
giving Hillary the benefit of the doubt. A pastor who is not Obama's pastor, and is a guest in his church when he wasn't there says insulting things about Hillary's tears---Obama immediately denounces him---and the Clinton Campaign wants blood.

:wtf: is up with that?

I think it speaks volumes about both candidates. Makes me glad that Obama will be the nominee.

10. Sorry about that...
Perhaps I was thinking about how Hillary wanted to "elude" reporters after she made her assassination remark.

See, you are trying to elude me by :hide:

And Obama immediately defends her. Unreal

7. Agreed. "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!"
How many times is she going to betray that rallying
cry with her faux indignation? For such a "seasoned"
politician, she finds outrage at every turn.

15. This chart pretty much sums up exactly where we are in the campaign season:
Edited on Fri May-30-08 09:12 AM by beat tk
A comparison of the Number of negative press releases against the three candidates....

The dark red is the number of negative press releases by the RNC against, on the left, Obama, and on the right, Clinton.
The RNC stopped attacking Hillary in March.
Is there anything that more elegantly sums up where this race is right now?

18. What HRC and the GOP despises about Obama is that he can LISTEN to people who
Edited on Fri May-30-08 09:17 AM by ShortnFiery
are not necessarily ready for "prime time" and value their "good works" without adopting their philosophy.

HRC's DLC and the GOP are all about "loyalty oaths" and JUDGING PEOPLE harshly. Very little about such divisive politics is about LISTENING to them. NOBODY is born prejudice - therefore, listening in order to better understand what underlies those *hard feelings* is THE WAY we can "create a National Dialog."

Unless HRC and her surrogates are up for beautification and/or sainthood, IMO, they come across as world class hypocrites. That's precisely why I FEAR that we will have an AUTHORITARIAN and WARMONGER President in HRC. The Rationale: HRC's profound sense of self-righteousness. :(

26. Hillary is swinging for the fence at this point.
There could be other preachers who've made similar attacks on Clinton. Obama will denounce them as they pop up. It's really no longer news, just fodder for Fox Noise.

Obama is looking past this stuff and towards beating McSame.
