Edited on Sat May-31-08 06:39 PM by Shakespeare
So much for party unity. Hillary, you have just made yourself a pariah, ruined whatever legacy you might have had, and likely blew any possibility of being reelected to the senate. And at what great expense.

Edited to add a pic of what the Hillary campaign reminds me of lately:

18. Delusional
If, god forbid, Obama were to lose this November, does Hillary really believe that she'd get the same kid gloves treatment? Does she really think that Mark Warner, Evan Bayh, Kathleen Sebelius, Jim Webb, Russ Feingold, Brian Schweitzer, Martin O'Malley, etc, would step aside?

Ignored with Hillary coronated by the media. The only reason she hasn't gotten that treatment is because the Clintons DO have media power - and they were using it to SUPPORT the war in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

11. Actually Obama was smart enough to have a plan extending beyond mid-February
Perhaps if your loser of a candidate hadn't been so supremely confident and taken her nomination for granted, she might have actually won this primary.

30. He was already in the reverse situation
early in the race. When things were very close with her still in a tenuous lead. And no, he didn't do things like this.

This kind of behavior is Clinton's legacy, until the last days of her political career. I can't imagine what she is thinking, but her thoughts are leading her to obscurity.

35. If the situation were reversed
the supers would have swung over to Clinton in mass after Wisconsin and there would have been no meeting today. What Obama has done is astonishing and today we witnessed the final cries from what was one of the most powerful national political machines in our history. I was a huge supporter of the Clinton's in the past but it is time to move on and today we did just that.

46. The resort to delusional conjecture and supposition in lieu of facts and principles is noted.
The inability to reason logically and rationally, adhering to principles and ethics, seems to be a hallmark of the "kiss my ass so I can shit in your face" crowd.

7. It does not matter. She will look silly since the Democratic party of Michigan wants
this resolution. There is no way she can win. She will simply look petty. I predict Obama will be topped off (because I'm SURE Harold Ikes pissed off Pelosi, Reid and Dean with his tirade about hijacking the votes) and people will start to ignore Hillary.

12. All She Said Is She "RESERVES THE RIGHT"
If she's as smart as people claim she is, she'll see that the more she pushes the more support she'll lose, and she'll then not use that right.

It's all rhetoric. This is done.

in more ways than one. And now they just look like sore losers. But what's more important is that IT IS OVER. The Clinton's have no more cards in their deck. Some time next week Obama will be the official nominee.

I watched Recount last night and the Clinton supporters today reminded me of the "blue shirt" thugs. How sad.
