It went the distance. Now,c'mon, be honest. How many of you, on the eve of the Iowa Caucuses, thought this deal would go into summer? I certainly didn't.

7. Well lets see ...... 6 months ago ....... |

I was probably accepting the reality that my first choice Dennis Kucinich didn't really have a shot in hell in this thing. Soooo I moved into the Edwards camp ...... while keeping an open mind to ALL of our candidates. Leaning this way or that between Bidden and the rest. Of course at the back of my mind I believed that Hillary had the 'machine' behind her to be the last one standing ..... so yeah at the beginning of this year I thought it would be Hillary, and I didn't have any problem with her as our nominee either back then. I'd just walk around saying us guys have had our chance to get it right the last 200 or so years in this country so why not let a woman have a shot at it. Pretty plain and simple. And of course as things got more interesting and I started to pay more and more attention to 'what was being said' through the Primaries .... well I ended up in the Obama camp when Edwards dropped out. Of course I could lie to ya and just say I knew it would be Obama all along. ;) .....

I caucused for Edwards in Iowa. I had NO problem moving over to the Obama campaign. The Clinton people at my caucus were, how shall I say it, elderly women. Bitter as fuck. In tears, literally, because they were not viable after the first vote. Little did I know how important tears would be in New Hampshire. Those Graniteheads bought that bullshit.
